Description
Care Instructions:
Light:
Crotons require bright, indirect light to maintain their vivid leaf colors. They can tolerate short periods of direct sunlight in the early morning but should be protected from intense afternoon sun.
Watering:
Water the plant when the top 2–3 cm (about 1 inch) of soil becomes dry. Avoid keeping the soil constantly wet, as this may cause root rot. Reduce watering frequency during the winter months.
Humidity:
Crotons thrive in humid environments. Mist the leaves occasionally, especially in dry conditions or when air conditioning is used.
Temperature:
Ideal temperature ranges between 18–25°C (64–77°F). Protect the plant from cold drafts and sudden temperature changes.
Fertilization:
Use a balanced liquid fertilizer once a month during the growing season (spring and summer). Avoid fertilizing during winter.
⚠️ Caution: Sap may irritate skin. Keep away from pets and children
