Eligibility for Return

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product was damaged during delivery.
  • You received the wrong item or incorrect variant (e.g. wrong size or color).
  • The product was significantly different from the description on our website.

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item, along with clear photos showing the issue. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after delivery.
  • Slight color or shape variations due to screen settings or lighting.
  • Custom arrangements or personalized vase sets.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and issue description.
  2. Send clear photos of the item(s) within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Our team will assess the request and inform you of the decision within 24–48 hours.
  4. If approved, we will offer either:
    • A replacement product
    • A partial or full refund
    • A store credit voucher for future use

Refund Method

If a refund is approved, it will be issued using the same payment method you used, or as store credit (as agreed). Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.

Return Shipping

In cases where the return is accepted, we will provide instructions. If the return is due to customer error (wrong size or model selected), the shipping cost may be borne by the customer.
